Number 7 Access Statement
Number 7 is an Edwardian town house it is centrally heated which makes it very warm and cosy throughout the year.
ARRIVAL AND CAR PARKING FACILITIES
We do not have a private car park however there is on-street parking for which a parking permit free of charge is provided allowing you to park anywhere in Zone B.
A paved well lit entrance area where there are 2 steps into number 7 there is a sturdy wrought iron handrail to help with access.
Once inside Number 7 the entrance hallway is approximately 4 feet wide, this is fully carpeted,well illuminated using energy saving lightbulbs and has a sturdy wooden handrail helps ease with access up the 13 steps to a small landing and a slight turn and 3 more steps brings you onto the first floor landing where there are 2 bedrooms.A further 13 steps with a sturdy handrail takes you onto the 2nd floor landing. The Hallways are well illuminated again using energy saving lightbulbs.
DINING ROOM
The Dining Room in number 7 is well illuminated, we have a ceiling fan for extra ventillation when needed. It has large tables each seating 2 people the chairs have comfy seat pads. There is plenty of room around each table. Table covers and Cloth napkins are provided. All Table Cloths, Bed Linen and Towels are washed and conditioned in products which are suitable for sensitive skin types.
BEDROOMS
All rooms are Double ensuite, a fire alarm system is fitted throughout the premises with smoke detectors in all rooms and emergency lighting on all floors. Televisions with remote controls freeview and teletext in all rooms.All bedrooms have a double bed 2 comfortable chairs and a table. All rooms have radiators which can be controlled individually and upvc windows. All floor coverings throughout the premises are of the highest quality and been expertly fitted.
ENSUITES
All rooms have their own private ensuites which are fitted to the highest specification.With expertly fitted timed extractor fans. All showers are quadrant showers with sliding doors and are of a generous size, we do not however have handrails inside the showers. But we do provide rubber shower mats for extra safety.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Fire Emergency procedures are in place with Smoke detectors in all rooms and all fire safety procedures are instructed upon arrival to all guests, there are also fire regulations printed on the back of the bedroom doors.Fire doors are fitted throughout the premises and are annually tested along with all fire equipment. All lighting is energy saving to help with our environment.
